Our agency works closely with lawyers and notaries to ensure legal security for all our clients. We provide translations of all necessary documents for clients who do not understand the Croatian language.

Additionally, we handle the transfer of all utility obligations and other payments from the seller to the buyer.

Even after the purchase is complete, we remain available to buyers for any questions or uncertainties they may encounter regarding administrative obligations related to their new property.
